Support & Updates

- Free support does not include:

- Error corrections caused by client-side changes or third-party modules
- Performance optimization and custom consultations outside project scope
Copyright & Intellectual Property
- All services, code, designs, and solutions delivered by Caliente iTech remain our intellectual property unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
- Redistribution, resale, or reproduction of our code, products, or solutions without written consent is strictly prohibited.
- Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in termination of services and legal action.
License
Unless otherwise stated, Caliente iTech owns the rights to all material and services provided. You may use them only for your business purposes as agreed under your project contract.
You must not:

- Sell, rent, or sub-license our code or content.
- Copy or redistribute our solutions outside the agreed project.
Communication & Email Policy
- You must provide a valid email address and contact details for communication.
- We may use these details for updates, service communications, invoices, and marketing (if opted in).
Delivery & Downloads
- Deliverables (such as code, websites, or documentation) are provided once payment is received and verified.
- Any issues in accessing or downloading deliverables must be reported within 7 days.

Refund Policy
- We offer refunds only as per the agreement defined in the project contract.
- Refunds may not be applicable once a project milestone has been delivered.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of Gujarat, India. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Surat courts.
